Following upon Easter, it would be incomplete without a paragraph in appreciation, from the pews, of The Darkest Night. Here we saw the Parish Players in a new context, in a new role, excelling themselves. They led us in an act of worship of utmost solemnity for the Christian calendar: of repentance, forgiveness, confident looking forward. Those of us in the pews are very grateful to the Parish Players, one and all.
